Key Responsibilities Prepare and post monthly journal entries. Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure account accuracy. Maintain and analyze financial records in accordance with

U.S. GAAP.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage prepaid expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. Ensure compliance with SOX (where applicable), company policies, and internal controls. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Payroll, HR, and Operations on accounting-related matters. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5+ years of accounting experience (depending on level). Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Preferred CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA. Public accounting experience. Experience with ERP systems. SOX compliance experience. Experience in large, multi-entity organizations.
