Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Project Accountant for a contract opportunity with a client in Meridian, Idaho. This is a temporary assignment and is not expected to be a long-term position.

The ideal candidate will have strong project accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to keep project costs, billing, and financial reporting accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up new projects and budgets in Oracle CloudReview contracts, billing rates, pricing, and project marginsMonitor project costs, revenue, budgets, and financial performanceReview subcontractor invoices and resolve billing discrepanciesAssist with change orders and related financial updatesPartner with AP, AR, billing, project managers, and other internal teamsPerform reconciliations, data corrections, and financial analysisIdentify labor, cost, and margin variances
