$105,000 Per Year Description Join our team as a Senior Accountant in a full-time role based in Cornelius, NC. This position involves managing accounting operations for a portfolio of travel centers, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls. The role requires proficiency in accounting software and offers growth potential towards a Controller position. Key Responsibilities Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks including journal entries and account reconciliations. Support revenue recognition across various streams such as sales and services. Reconcile POS systems and cash activities across multiple locations. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Collaborate with operations, site managers, vendors, and internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required. Experience in multi-location accounting and retail operations preferred. Strong skills in month-end close processes and financial reporting. Proficiency in spreadsheet software and enterprise resource planning systems.
