High Point, NC | in Office We're looking for a detail-oriented Property Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of commercial properties. What You'll Be Doing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses. Manage tenant billings, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, and annual TICAM reconciliations. Maintain accurate lease and tenant records within Yardi Voyager, ensuring renewals, amendments, and new leases are entered in accordance with lease terms. Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and journal entries. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting across the property portfolio. Support year-end audits and coordinate with external CPA partners during the annual audit and tax process. What You Bring Experience with Yardi Voyager is required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience in property accounting or commercial real estate accounting. Working knowledge of CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and financial reporting. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a solid understanding of general ledger accounting. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
