Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. Job DescriptionThe Cost Administrator is responsible for supporting financial operations by managing cost data, tracking project expenses, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to help maintain financial efficiency across projects or departments.
Key Responsibilities:
 Monitor and track project or departmental costs against budgets. Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans. Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure cost accuracy. Maintain cost databases and ensure data integrity. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement efforts. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in cost administration, financial analysis, or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
Preferred Qualifications:
