Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations + Perform financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting related to distribution and supply chain operations + Support accounting functions across multiple national distribution centers + Oversee and provide guidance to two analysts (one U.S
based, one offshore in India) + Partner with supply chain and operations teams to analyze costs and ensure accurate financial reporting + Assist with distribution costing and inventory-related accounting (limited inventory complexity) + Follow and execute established SOPs; identify opportunities for process improvement + Support system transitions and onboarding (Oracle ERP, SmartView, Google Cloud SQL) •

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 5+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to distribution or supply chain environments preferred + Strong experience with month-end close, accruals, and financial analysis + Familiarity with inventory and costing concepts within a distribution setting + Experience managing or mentoring staff, including offshore resources + Experience with Oracle ERP preferred; SmartView experience a plus + Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems + Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment •
