Job Description:

What Youll DoCustomer Accounts & Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate customer account recordsAssist with account setup, updates, and maintenanceSupport billing inquiries and issue resolutionCoordinate with Customer Support and Sales on account-related matters

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Assist with invoice entry and payment trackingSupport accounts receivable and customer account managementEnsure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

Financial Recordkeeping & Reconciliation:

Perform data entry and maintain financial documentationAssist with bank and credit card reconciliationsSupport general ledger accuracy and transaction classification

Month-End Close & Reporting:

Assist with journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport month-end close processesHelp prepare financial reports and internal schedules

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement:

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to resolve discrepanciesSupport onboarding of business accounts with the Business Accounts ManagerAssist in expense tracking and budget alignmentIdentify opportunities for process improvement in accounting workflowsSupport audit preparation and documentation requestsYoull collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial processes align with operational execution and support overall business performance.

What Were Looking ForRequired:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)02 years of accounting experience or relevant internship experienceBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Preferred:
