full-time Company Description Temperature Control Solutions, Inc. specializes in transport refrigeration parts, sales, and service for a wide range of commercial vehicles and temperature-sensitive cargo. We have 4 locations with our corporate office in Wilson, NC. We also have another company that does van insulations, we do all accounting for that company also. Role Description Immediate opening for a Staff Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wilson, NC. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable processing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and support for month-end close. The Staff Accountant helps maintain accurate financial records, prepares standard financial reports, and assists with budgeting and forecasting activities. The day to day duties may include any of the above. Qualifications Strong foundation in general accounting principles, including experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Ability to perform accurate reconciliations, analyze variances, and maintain organized financial records. Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Associate's degree in Accounting valuable, but NOT necessary. 5+ years experience is acceptable Experience in a service, parts, or logistics environment is beneficial, as is familiarity with inventory-related accounting.
