If you are looking to do: Prepare and review monthly financial statements for business clients Review bookkeeping work for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Assist clients with account reconciliations, cleanup projects, and month-end close Help identify process improvements for client accounting workflows Communicate with clients regarding financial questions, missing information, and reporting needs Support payroll, sales tax, 1099, and other recurring compliance needs as appropriate Assist with onboarding new CAS clients and improving internal processes Mentor and support staff accountants and bookkeepers within the department Help move the department toward more proactive advisory and controller-level service If you have: Minimum three years of accounting, bookkeeping, public accounting, or controller-level experience Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client deadlines Good communication skills and comfort working directly with clients Ability to identify problems and help create practical solutions A team-first attitude and willingness to help build better systems and processes CPA or EA designation is a plus, but not required We can provide you with: Great company culture and fun work events Medical, dental, vision, disability, AD&D, and term life insurance Aflac options Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts 401(k) and 3% Safe Harbor company contribution Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) with eligibility of Unlimited PTO Company Paid Parental Leave (maternal and paternal) Education and certification reimbursements Continuing education credits Volunteer company paid time off Growth opportunities Ready to see what's possible?
