About the

Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy across accounting processes. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma requiredBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Proven experience in cost accounting and financial accountingProficiency in accounting systems and softwareExperience with bank reconciliation and general ledger managementCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent certification.

Experience with financial audits and audit preparation.

Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Experience working in a corporate finance or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial statements, reports, and variance analysesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesEnsure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulationsAssist with audits and respond to audit inquiriesSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesIdentify process improvements and support financial controlsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insightsA conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
