Accountant/Controller

We're seeking an experienced Accountant or Controller to take a leadership role in managing the financial operations of a growing business. This individual will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, while assisting in tax preparation and planning for the company. Accountant/Controller Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting processes Prepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns for the business Manage month-end and year-end close processes and produce accurate financial statements Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners as needed

Accountant/Controller Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including tax preparation and compliance Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Accountant/Controller Compensation & Benefits:
