What You'll Be Doing:

Process weekly bill payments using QuickBooksReconcile monthly investment statements, positions, and market valuesAssist with bond and equity trade tickets and match trades to broker confirmationsRetrieve, organize, and maintain monthly custodian bank statementsPrepare and assemble monthly client reportsEnter miscellaneous activity into the portfolio accounting systemAssist with regulatory and audit‑related reporting, including submissions to the PA Department of BankingCreate polished PowerPoint presentations for clients and internal useLend a hand with special projects as needed
