Staff Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee organizational budgets in collaboration with leadership teams and the Board of Directors.
• Administer and monitor operating budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger and journal entries.
• Prepare and distribute financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as not-for-profit guidelines.
• Manage corporate tax filings, including corporate tax returns and sales tax submissions.
• Evaluate and optimize cash flow processes to support ongoing operations.
• Perform regular financial analyses to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.
