Join a Keene, NH facility for a 9-week contract (non-travel) position beginning ASAP. This night-shift role works Monday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (32 hours/week).

Local rate:

$1,280/32 hours. Requirements Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice Current BLS certification Key responsibilities Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document ongoing condition, interventions, and patient education in the medical record. Safely administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with clinical procedures as needed. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by monitoring safety, supervising patient conduct, and enforcing facility policies. Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records and other required documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. This position emphasizes quality patient care, teamwork, and clear clinical documentation.
