Job Description
Key Responsibilities Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and GL account analysis Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries across property and corporate entities Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules for internal reporting Support the preparation of investor reporting, including periodic financial packages and distribution notices Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures as the firm scales Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain accurate records across multiple entities and ensure compliance with GAAP Support ad-hoc projects across the portfolio as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, with a background in public accounting required CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Strong Excel skills; experience with Yardi Voyager a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently cob2
