per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day accounting operations of our finance team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with hands-on experience in transactional accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger support. The Accounting Associate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of routine accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system

Assist with billing, invoicing, and cash application

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Support month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation

Assist with resolving discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and customer accounts Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1-3+ years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR role

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Experience with ERP or accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
