Job Description
- Assist with monitoring accounts receivable and aging reports.
- Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances. Accounting & Reconciliations
- Perform routine data reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Compare invoices, payments, credits, and account balances for accuracy. Reporting & Analysis
- Gather and organize information from multiple sources.
- Review data for accuracy and identify unusual or missing information.
- Assist management with special reports and financial projects.
- Assist with data entry across multiple systems
- Assist with system testing Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and accounting systems.
- Process and organize invoices, payments, credits, and other documentation.
- Provide support to other departments as needed. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, office administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors regarding financial matters.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
- Facilities management a plus!

Pay:
$27.00- $30.
