ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts across four companies
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
  • Manage daily banking activities, including deposits, transfers, and cash flow monitoring
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
  • Handle accounts payable, including vendor payments, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate records
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper documentation for all entries
  • Assist with financial reporting and provide support during audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial records and reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant tax laws. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure data integrity. Perform audit, variance, and cost-revenue analyses to provide recommendations for financial improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably managing multiple entities
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
