Responsibilities:

Knowledge of MIP Accounting system. Knowledge of non-profit Accounting procedures and preparing Annex B's. Maintain current records of agency contracts and grants, prepare multi-faceted monthly and quarterly expenditure reports, annual budgets, and contract modifications as needed. Reconciliation and analysis of expenses accounts. Prepare and maintains accounts receivables and revenue accounts. Process cash receipts, journal entries, and aging reports for the contracts. Analysis of expenditures including checking flexible limits as they pertain to the contract.

Requirements:

BS degree in Finance/Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). High degree of organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
