Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations with proper documentation Analyze Product Support financial results, perform variance analysis, and explain key drivers, trends, and anomalies Maintain and reconcile Product Support-related accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit-ready documentation Assist with expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Prepare supporting schedules and reports for management review, partnering with the Accounting Manager on adjustments and inquiries Ensure adherence to internal controls, escalate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records within the ERP system Collaborate cross-functionally, respond to internal inquiries, and provide backup support to ensure continuity across accounting functions
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field required 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or similar environment Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, and reconciliation best practices Solid understanding of intermediate accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and corporate accounting procedures Experience working with general ledger systems and ERP platforms; D365 experience strongly preferred Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and maintaining clear, accurate documentation Strong analytical skills with the ability to support audits and investigate discrepancies Equal Opportunity Employer Foley, Incorporated does not discriminate against any person applying for employment based on race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin or citizenship status, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a covered Veteran, or any other legally protected status.
