full-time About the Company Through over 87 of its global networks, the company engages in the trading of a wide range of products from steel, automotive and components, machinery and industrial electronics to non-ferrous metal, food resources, chemicals, commodities and textiles, with both local and international customers. About the Role Supports core accounting operations including monthly close, GL review, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and coordination with external CPAs. Assists with consolidation and intercompany reconciliations, corporate tax compliance, ad hoc reporting, and provides accounting support for sales-related business transactions. Responsibilities Monthly closing - assist in monthly closing process, review, analyze General Ledger accounts and report to manager, gross profit analysis, journalize accruals and prepaid expenses Prepare bank reconciliations Support in preparation of financial statements and assist providing information to and working with external CPA Assist in preparation of ad hoc management reports and government surveys Participate in consolidation accounting processes, including preparing supporting schedules and assisting in intercompany reconciliations. Support corporate income tax compliance, including preparing workpapers and assisting with federal and state tax filings in coordination with external tax advisors. Provide accounting support for sales department business transactions, including reviewing sales contracts, validating revenue and expense-related documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 2~3 years of accounting experience working in corporate or public accounting SAP system experience preferred Bilingual in Korean and English is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
