$55k-65k depending on experience About Rumson Country Club Founded in 1908, Rumson Country Club is located on the picturesque Jersey Shore and has served its members and their families for over 100 years as one of the premier, member-equity clubs in New Jersey, complete with a rich history and traditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare and verify accuracy of financial documents, such as receipts, invoices and purchase orders Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial summaries as requested Assist with month-end close processes Perform other general office duties as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. Ability to work independently. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
