Job Description :

Key Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and credit card expense report reconciliation) Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions to ensure that all invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash reconciliation reports, and balance sheet reconciliation Responsible for cash management, including ACH vendor payments & wire transfers Maintain professional banking relationships Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections Administrator for Concur Travel & Expense system Prepare annual reporting requirements

for all consultants Manage the processing and recording of all vendor invoicing to ensure that all payable are paid in a timely manner. Assist with the development of departmental procedures with a constant focus on continuous improvement

Compensation Details:

The base salary range for this role is $109,007 - $136,258. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors.

Requirements & Experience :

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance.

Experience:

At least 5-8 years of experience in the area of financial statement preparation, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, or the equivalent. Experience working with an automated financial management system.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work independently, with little supervision. Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures. Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion. Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
