Job Description
Senior Accountant Target Compensation:
$85,000 – $95,000Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

- Partner directly with leadership on financial reporting, analysis, and business decisions.
- Expand your experience across accounting, payroll, banking, inventory, and credit functions.

- Build cross-functional expertise through involvement in HR, benefits, compliance, and vendor relationships.
- Take on a highly visible role with opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial reporting.
Senior Accountant:
- Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end close activities.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Oversee accounts receivable, credit reviews, and customer account reconciliations.
- Reconcile inventory balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
- Administer payroll through ADP and supervise A/P and billing staff.
Senior Accountant:
- Senior-level accounting experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
- Strong general ledger, month-end close, and account reconciliation experience.
- Payroll processing experience, preferably utilizing ADP.
- Experience preparing financial statements and working with external CPA firms.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within an accounting environment.
