$85,000 – $95,000

Senior Accountant:
Maintain the general ledger and oversee month-end close activities. Prepare journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage accounts receivable activities, customer payments, account reconciliations, and credit reviews. Reconcile inventory, investigate variances, and resolve accounting discrepancies. Process and oversee payroll administration through ADP. Supervise accounts payable and billing staff while serving as a backup resource when needed. Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
Senior-level accounting experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities. Experience maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close activities. Strong reconciliation experience including bank, inventory, A/R, and A/P accounts. Payroll processing experience, preferably using ADP. Experience preparing financial reports and working with external CPA firms. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within an accounting environment. EB-1101866271
