$70K?80K Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Accountant & Administrator to support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and administrative operations. This position will work closely with the CFO and Accounting Manager and will be responsible for a variety of accounting activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, expense and payroll reporting, bank transaction entries, cash flow forecasting, audit support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting and administrative responsibilities in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform account reconciliations and prepare, issue, and process invoices Prepare expense, payroll, and other accounting-related reports Record bank deposits and withdrawals in the accounting system Maintain and update financial calculation spreadsheets Coordinate with external bookkeepers and respond to accounting-related questions Support monthly and periodic financial reporting packages Prepare monthly cash deposit and withdrawal forecasts Assist with contract preparation and review Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits Support additional accounting and administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and meet deadlines Comfortable communicating with employees and management across different levels and geographic locations Japanese language skills are highly preferred but not required; familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus
