With operations across multiple markets, they continue to grow and invest in top talent to support their expanding business. Job Description Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger account reconciliations. Assist with month end, quarter end, and year end close processes. Prepare journal entries and analyze financial transactions. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes. Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. Maintain and analyze financial data within SAP. Support ad hoc reporting and special projects assigned by management. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands on experience with SAP is required. Experience working in a retail, consumer products, or distribution environment is a plus. Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
