Full-Time, On-Site We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage and review general ledger (GL) activities and journal entries Lead and support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and other key financial data Perform account analysis and investigate discrepancies Maintain fixed asset schedules and other accounting records Assist with payroll accounting and related reconciliations Coordinate with external CPAs, tax professionals, auditors, and financial institutions Prepare supporting documentation for tax filings, audits, and financial reviews Ensure accounting records and processes comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards Improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting processes Provide accounting guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and other accounting projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of accounting experience , with senior-level accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles Strong experience with GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills CPA or CPA candidate is a plus Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related industry is a plus Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
