Technician (Part-Time, Temp-to-Hire) -

Santa Teresa, NM Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour Cymmetrik Technologies USA Southwest, Inc. is seeking motivated Technicians to join our team in Santa Teresa, NM. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to grow with a leading manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, production, and technician-related tasks according to established procedures. Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Complete assigned work orders and production documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or technician experience preferred. Basic computer skills are a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
