We're Hiring:
Construction Accounting Associate We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Accounting Associate to join our team. This role will support the financial operations of our commercial construction projects and work closely with our Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and financial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review subcontractor and vendor billings Prepare
AIA G702/G703
progress billings Manage lien releases, preliminary notices, and payment documentation Handle accounts payable/receivable, retainage, and payment tracking Track contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and job costs Coordinate with Project Managers and subcontractors to resolve billing discrepancies Assist with project closeout, final billings, and retainage releases Maintain accurate and organized construction accounting records
Qualifications:
Previous construction accounting experience required Experience with AIA billing, lien releases, retainage, subcontractor billing, and job costing preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Compensation:
