As a Senior Accountant on our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team, you'll be a full-time employee of Robert Half, supporting clients on critical projects and interim assignments while gaining exposure to different industries, systems, and accounting environments.

What You'll Do:

Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Perform complex balance sheet and income statement analysis to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Support audit engagements and assist with requests from internal and external auditors. Drive process improvement initiatives, streamline accounting workflows, and support special projects. Partner with finance and operational teams to resolve accounting issues and provide financial insights.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in senior-level accounting roles with responsibility for general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices. Experience performing account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working within large ERP systems.
