Job Responsibilities:

Fund Review:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of all company inflows and outflows (including business payments and employee reimbursements) to ensure reasonableness, compliance, and legitimacy of all documents and receipts, safeguarding financial security.

Bookkeeping:

Perform timely and accurate accounting entries based on verified source documents, ensuring correct account classifications.

Report Preparation:

Independently and punctually prepare monthly internal management reports (e.g., expense details, income and expenditure summaries) to provide data support for management decision-making.

Document Filing:

Organize, bind, and archive financial vouchers and related records in an orderly and secure manner.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; prior experience in the restaurant industry is a strong plus. Proficient in QuickBooks Online/Desktop operations and daily bookkeeping. Strong Excel skills, with proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and Charts. Familiar with U.S. basic tax concepts (e.g., Sales Tax, 1099) and general accounting principles (GAAP). Detail-oriented, responsible, highly efficient, and an excellent communicator. Fluent in Mandarin, with solid English reading and writing ability. Able to file taxes.
