Accounting Assistant, Accountant, CPA, EA Responsibilities:
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data Managing income and expenditure accounts Corporation Tax, individual Tax, Payroll Tax, Sales Tax Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Requirements:
Bilingual - ENGLISH
AND CHINESE
Familiar with QB, Microsoft office, Proseries prefer Ability to work independently Analytical Skills Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, communication skill Client service orientated must be authorized to work in US
