Duties Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process payroll and maintain employee records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Maintain general ledger and journal entries Support budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare and organize documentation for FAR-compliant audit packages Ensure compliance with federal cost principles and contract requirements Collaborate with project managers to track job costing and overhead allocations Assist with internal controls and financial policy development Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA- preferred Accounting/bookkeeping experience (engineering or construction industry preferred) Strong understanding of FAR Part 31 and government contract compliance Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments Join us as an Accounts Specialist to bring your technical expertise and energetic drive into a role that champions precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.
