Must-Haves:

• 7+ years of progressive cost accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory analysis
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies ?
