About the role:

We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and wants to be part of a collaborative finance team where their contributions truly matter. This is a great opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, work closely with senior finance leadership, and play a meaningful role in the financial health of a growing organization. What You'll Do Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications Perform monthly account reconciliations and proactively resolve variances Lead or support month-end and quarter-end close processes Maintain trial balance accuracy and ensure proper account classifications Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures Partner with external auditors and help ensure a smooth audit process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred 3-6 years of GL or public accounting experience Strong working knowledge of

U.S. GAAP

Experience with ERP systems and close management tools Advanced Excel skills Nice to have Big 4 or public accounting background is a plus Experience in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or service industry is a plus Bilingual English/Mandarin a plus Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision High degree of integrity and discretion with confidential financial information Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) with company match The pay range for this role is: 65,000
