Job Description
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age. A valid driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. Minimum 4-year degree, in accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications; particularly, must have strong Excel skills. Abila (MIP) accounting software preferred. Experience with CFR preparation and familiarity with Medicaid billing regulations preferred. Knowledge of auditing practices and principles. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting and financial analysis. Must be organized, accurate with great attention to detail. Strong analytical and computer skills; strong oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to read and compose business correspondence and to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties, in a professional and respectful manner.
