Perform Product Revenue accounting activities, including journal entries for sales, gross to net deductions, and receivables; balance sheet reconciliations; and detailed trend analysis of product sales related deductions Own preparation and analysis of Corporate Accounting schedules and balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned areas ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of reconciling items Partner with Finance to ensure completeness and accuracy of accruals and reclasses Participate in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials ERP implementation and ongoing optimization efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), process design activities, updates to process documentation, and identification of automation opportunities Support accounting transformation and process improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to improve reporting and operational efficiency Analyze financial results, investigate period-over-period fluctuations, and prepare meaningful variance explanations for Management Maintain knowledge of and compliance with Company accounting policies and internal controls Ensure compliance with the Companys Prepaid Expense Accounting Policy and other relevant accounting policies Support compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements, including maintaining documentation and supporting control execution and assist with internal and external audit requests Assist with special projects, financial analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives This Role May Be forYou If You:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or active pursuit of CPA licensure is preferred. Have 1-3 years of general ledger accounting, audit, or corporate accounting experience within public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) and/or publicly traded company environment are considered strong assets. Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and large datasets is preferred. Experience with Oracle GL, Oracle Fusion, SmartView, Hubble, or similar reporting tools is a plus. Are a team player who collaborates effectively, thinks independently, and proactively proposes solutions with a continuous improvement mindset Have a solid grasp of GAAP and enjoy applying it to real operational challenges Are analytical and comfortable working with large data sets to reach sound accounting conclusions Bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail Can operate in a fastpaced environment and comfortably manage multiple priorities Have strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams and learning how accounting supports business decision-making Have an interest in leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to improve accounting processes Are seeking opportunities for professional growth, expanded responsibilities, and career progression within Finance and Accounting Does this sound like you?
