Manage core accounting functions including general ledger oversight, month-end closing, and reconciliations Maintain accurate tracking of product costs and inventory values in alignment with operational teams Support preparation of financial reports and variance analysis for management decision-making Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial data and actual performance Assist with budgeting processes and help drive financial forecasting initiatives Participate in ongoing system improvements and help streamline internal financial procedures Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, coordinating with external advisors as needed Take ownership of evolving finance needs as the business continues to scaleIdeal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of inventory flow, cost tracking, and production-related financial analysis Proficient in accounting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus Comfortable working in a collaborative and evolving environment Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset CPA is a plus but not required Ready to Step Into a Senior Accountant Role with Impact?
