Overview Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Processor and become a vital part of our team! In this energetic role, you will manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in payroll management and accounting software will drive efficiency and precision, supporting our commitment to a motivated and satisfied workforce. Responsibilities Process payroll transactions accurately and on time. Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, tax information, and deductions with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws by staying current on tax regulations and reporting requirements. Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and accounts payable/receivable functions. Utilize support systems that integrate with our payroll processing software for seamless payroll data management and reporting. Assist with audits by providing accurate reports on payroll expenses, tax filings, and benefit deductions. Requirements Strong understanding of payroll processing in Ohio and West Virginia. FPC or CPP Certification is desired, but not required. Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll processing and benefits administration. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10-key typing proficiency). Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
