Ledger:
Record general ledger transactions, prepare journal entries, and keep all supporting documentation airtight.
Keep Us Balanced:
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations, alongside full balance sheet reconciliations. Master the
Month-End:
Play a key role in our month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Support the
Business:
Assist with payroll entries, expense tracking, and monthly sales tax filings.
Problem Solve:
Proactively identify and resolve financial discrepancies while collaborating across departments.
Stay Ready:
Maintain organized records to assist with internal compliance, GAAP alignment, and audit preparation. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience is preferred.
Core Knowledge:
A solid foundational understanding of GAAP principles.
Tech Skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software. Traits for

Incredible attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and clear communication habits.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Office-based environment using standard office equipment and computer tools. Ability to sit, stand, and bend continuously throughout an 8-hour shift. Minimal travel required (0-10%).
