Duties:

General Ledger & Month-End Close:

Execute routine journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.

AR/AP & Cash Management:

Assist with accounts payable/receivable operations, oversee proper cash receipt/invoice recording, and investigate account discrepancies.

Reconciliations & Internal Controls:

Conduct bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and policy compliance.

Audit & Tax Support:

Prepare schedules and gather supporting documentation to facilitate internal/external audits and tax filing requirements.

Core Experience:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance alongside 3-5 years of progressive general accounting and financial reporting experience.

Technical Proficiency:
