Duties:

General Ledger & Month-End Close:

Manage core accounting operations, post journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and drive month-end and year-end close activities.

Cost Accounting & Analysis:

Evaluate operational, manufacturing, labor, and overhead spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and support business decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Variance Tracking:

Monitor actual performance against budgets, conduct variance analyses, and build models to present financial insights to leadership.

Process Improvement & Audit Support:

Maintain internal controls, assist with internal/external audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline accounting workflows.

Core Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of progressive experience across general ledger, cost accounting, and fixed assets.

Systems & Excel Skills:

Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables) paired with hands-on experience using modern ERP systems.
