Job Description

Maintains the Fixed Assets recording all additions, deletions and moves.

Records all depreciation expensesEntries in the General Ledger Assist with month end closing and reports. Completes and distributes required 1099 Forms in an accurate and timely manner. Reconciles Operating, HCV, and other banking and investment accounts; prepares associated monthly reports. Compile and submit all PH Operating subsidy submissionsPerforms other tasks as directed by the Controller.
