full-time Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules. Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as needed. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist with external audits and tax preparation. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies. Maintain accurate financial documentation and records. Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
