Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support our accounting operations and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in month-end close, general ledger accuracy, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Account reconciliations / variance analysis Maintain general ledger accuracy and journal entries Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, Payroll, Operations) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity background Privately held organizations Fast-paced, growth environment What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment
