Staff Accountant:
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Support inventory accounting, cycle count reviews, and inventory reconciliations. Assist with cost accounting activities, including product costing and variance analysis. Maintain fixed asset records and support depreciation accounting. Partner with operations and production teams to analyze manufacturing costs and improve reporting processes. Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
