This role bridges transactional accounting (AP/AR) and general ledger accounting, providing flexibility and coverage across the finance department. Key Responsibilities

• Process refund payments to vendors
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting
• Provide backup support for: Accounts Payable (invoice processing, vendor inquiries) Accounts Receivable (billing, collections support)
• Maintain and improve accounting documentation and procedures
• Assist with audits and compliance requests
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Net Suite/ Business Central, Microsoft Office and Excel

Understanding of:

o General Ledger o Reconciliations o Basic GAAP principles

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Process driven
• Comfortable working with limited direction
• Show initiative in improving workflows

Pay:

$53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
