Accountant | Greater Cleveland Area Join a growing organization seeking an experienced Accountant to support key financial operations and help drive process improvements across the business. This is a hands-on role with exposure to leadership and the opportunity to expand responsibilities over time. What You'll Do

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Assist with cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Handle sales & use tax filings and compliance activities
• Support inventory accounting, audits, and internal controls
• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience; NetSuite is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Manufacturing, distribution, inventory, audit, or public accounting experience is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
