  • Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Staff Accountant.
The Staff Accountant will have high exposure to various business units within the organization and will support a verity of accounting functions. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post monthly journal entries while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger. Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations in financial results, providing meaningful explanations to management. Support standard costing activities, including cost maintenance, analysis, and reporting. Assist with the preparation of schedules and documentation for the annual financial audit and other external audits. Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory transactions, and operational data to ensure financial accuracy. Work closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to improve financial processes and provide accounting support.
